About the Owners:
Dr. Melanie Pollock and Dr. Darrell Dutton have been a team at home and at Atrium Dental for more than 25 years. We have navigated together many experiences, including children, encouraging both personal and professional growth. We are grateful to our amazing staff and patients that have weathered life with us since the beginning.
It is a privilege to be part of so many peoples lives.
Over the years, we have developed special interests and taken continuing education to facilitate and expand our individual skillsets. We love what we do and we hope it shows. We plan on many more years of dentisty.
Dr. Alexa Bast
Dr. Alexa Bast joined Atrium Dental as a student before completing her last year at the University of Saskatchewan College of Dentistry. We are fortunate to have her return as an Associate in 2026. Originally from Macklin SK, she has been living in Saskatoon for the past 9 years.
Alexa’s love of teeth started right at birth when she was born with 2 extra. She chose dentistry because she has a passion for oral health and her goal is to help people feel comfortable and confident with their smiles.
She is looking forward to meeting and working with new and any former patients at Atrium Dental.
Reception and Business Team
Jenn, Leslie and Taylor are your first contact and do their best to answer questions and coordinate your schedule with ours. We try hard to communicate well and utilize digital means as often as we can, sometimes phone calls work best. We do stagger our lunches, so you can contact us during your meal break. Staff meetings and birthdays are an exception and messages will be returned asap.
Registered Dental Hygienists
Lana, Lindsay and Céleste have been working at Atrium Dental for more than 15 years each. We are always happy that you have made the effort to come and visit, and only want to encourage you to return. Talk with us, ask questions, we really do love supporting your oral health.
Registered Dental Assistants
Rachelle, Laura, Sue-Anne, and Payton want to make sure that you have a safe and comfortable experience. We support your treatment behind the scenes, as well as during. Please ask us anything.
